the Board educates and trains persons with disabilities in various degrees of their educational levels. It has a Primary School for the Hearing Impaired where children receive education in sign language and other regular subjects (education inclusive). It also trains blind persons in Nigeria Farm Craft Centre for the Blind in Lagos and Blind School Gindiriin Jos and Special School Oyo Ibadan where disabled are trained in various craft, trades, and brail Academic courses. The Board has sent Six 10 Blind inmates who are undergoing training in Nigeria Farm Craft Lagos. Executive Secretary of the Board is one of the National Advisory Council members of the centre in Lagos.
